As an eCommerce and Customer Service specialist, Perrie is dedicated to improving performance and satisfaction for clients and customers alike. Whether it’s guiding CS teams, handling merchant accounts or helping affiliates, Perrie’s there to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

In her role as Operation Specialist at Shockwave, Perrie is responsible for managing several key areas for our international clients, handling a number of vital projects.

Providing experienced, hands-on support and coaching for Customer Service teams, Perrie works to create effective, expert procedures to drastically improve customer satisfaction.

Alongside her CS support, she helps maintain and manage merchant accounts, affiliate programs, and client-specific projects. Always looking to take her skillset further, Perrie works to make a real difference for every client.
